Since this was his first real job after studying political science and history at the University of Toronto, it would only make sense to try out as many roles as possible. And as each job grew to the point where it made sense to hire a specialist, Max moved on to the next piece of the puzzle.
In addition to speaking publicly on the subjects of customer development and the startup movement, Max can be found coaching early-stage entrepreneurs, writing (sometimes controversial) blog posts, and making sure everyone at Big Bang loves their jobs.
He's also been known to write a rap song or two.
