We've known Paul since long before we started Big Bang, so when we heard he and his wife Marie-Alexandre had decided to come home after spending a year living and working in Japan, we knew we had about three minutes to make something happen. And we did. And that’s awesome.
Paul has had a considerable influence on the Big Bang approach since he started here because he's not afraid to stand up and speak his mind. He's also not afraid to acknowledge we all have room to grow. In a way, Paul reminds us of the reasons we started Big Bang in the first place.
